Its theme is inspired by South Africa's Sun City resort. The towers rise G+32 storeys with 8 homes per floor served by 3 passenger lifts and a fire lift. Homes are 1 BHK of 434 sq ft from ₹46 Lacs and 2 BHK of 663 sq ft from ₹69 Lacs (area as per the cost sheet), and buyers can also take a 1 BHK and 2 BHK together as a combined 'Jodi' home. Carina and Vega are two 19-floor towers of about 130 homes each, with larger layouts – 1 BHK of 474 sq ft and 2 BHK of 717 sq ft – and shops on the ground floor along a 24 m road. Phase 1 is fully sold out; Phases 2 & 3 (MahaRERA P52000045371 and P52000046738) have a RERA completion date of December 2028.

The township is planned as themed zones: The Bridge of Time entrance gateway, Spring Plaza with musical fountains, the Tusk Bar & Lounge, The Valley of Waves with pools and lagoons, Camp Kwena for children, and the 55,000 sq ft Club Atlantis – the Palace of the Lost City. Taloja railway station and Pendhar metro station are about 7 minutes away, the upcoming Kharghar–Turbhe link road tunnel about 12 minutes, Central Park, ISKCON temple, the golf course and Navi Mumbai Corporate Park about 15 minutes, and Navi Mumbai International Airport about 30 minutes. The Mumbai–Pune Expressway, Kalyan–Shilphata Road and the JNPT port road are close by, with schools, hospitals and entertainment within 3 km.
