Gami Bhagwati Orelia is a joint development of Gami Group and Bhagwati Group (promoter: Gami Vision Pvt. Ltd.) on a 4-acre (15,130 sq m) CIDCO tender plot – Plots 40, 41 & 42, Sector 34C, Kharghar – directly opposite Amandoot Metro Station and close to Rani Laxmibai Chowk. Four residential wings, A to D, rise G+46 storeys with three parking levels and an amenity podium, and only 5 homes and 5 lifts on each floor. MahaRERA lists 200 homes in each wing (800 in all) plus 62 commercial units, with shops along the 45 m road. Homes are 2 BHK of 813 and 852 sq ft and 3 BHK of 963 and 1,299 sq ft (usable carpet as per the cost sheet), priced from ₹1.68 Cr on the 5th floor including one stilt parking, development, club, society-formation and legal charges. The developer targets possession in December 2030; the MahaRERA registration (PR1270002601780) runs to 30 June 2032.
The 4th-floor amenity podium has a swimming pool and kids' pool, a party deck with barbecue counter, a party lawn with amphitheatre seating, a fitness centre, a multipurpose hall, a crèche, a kids' play area, sand pit and kids' play zone, outdoor yoga and senior-citizen sitting lawns, an outdoor chess board and a walking/jogging track around landscaped lawns.
Amandoot Metro Station is across the road and the Mumbra–Panvel highway about 3 minutes away. Schools such as Saviours Global School, hospitals including Kharghar Multispeciality Hospital and Medicover, DMart, Little World Mall, Central Park, ISKCON temple and the golf course are close by, Kharghar railway station is about 16 minutes away and Navi Mumbai International Airport about 35 minutes.

Who it suits: Families upgrading within Kharghar who want a roomy 2 or 3 BHK with the metro at the gate, have a ₹1.7–2.7 Cr budget and can wait until 2030 or later.
